The Pilates exercises aims to increase strength, bone health and balance through resistance training and weight bearing exercises. Time is set aside at the end of our movement practice, to calm the mind and undertake mindfulness. This class is suitable for women on their menopause journey and beyond to build and maintain bone density. Please have a mat, 1-2kg weights, a resistance band, 7" Pilates ball and a blanket and cushion.
