I am delighted to be working in partnership with the Occupational Health & Wellbeing Department at the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital, offering a basic to intermediate Pilates class via Zoom, dedicated exclusively to NHS staff.

Classes take place every Wednesday evening from 7.00–7.45 pm.

All classes are available with an NHS staff discount.

Stretch your back, strengthen your core, mobilise stiff joints, and take a moment for you.

A mixed ability class suitable for all levels.

£5 pay as you go / £4 per session when you block book of 4 (to be used within 2 months)

Open to NHS staff across trusts.

Bookings must be made using an NHS email address.

Once you've booked, you will be sent a short health screening form to complete ahead of the class, so I am aware of any medical conditions, aches or pains.​​
