Mixed Ability Pilates Class - Multifaith Centre, University of Exeter & Online Class

Join our welcoming mixed ability Pilates class, held at the Multifaith Centre, designed specifically to support women through peri-menopause, menopause and post-menopause.
Using light weights and resistance bands, this class focuses on:

Supporting bone health

Improving posture, balance, and, flexibility
Through a combination of resistance training and weight-bearing exercises, the routine is tailored to suit all fitness levels, with options to adapt movements as needed.
Whether you are new to Pilates or returning to exercise, you will find a supportive, inclusive environment to help you feel stronger, more mobile, and empowered in your body.
