Pilates for the Menopause

Mixed Ability Pilates Class - Multifaith Centre, University of Exeter & Online Class

Join our welcoming mixed ability Pilates class, held at the Multifaith Centre, designed specifically to support women through peri-menopause, menopause and post-menopause.

Using light weights and resistance bands, this class focuses on:

  • Building muscle strengh

  • Supporting bone health

  • Improving posture, balance, and, flexibility 

Through a combination of resistance training and weight-bearing exercises, the routine is tailored to suit all fitness levels, with options to adapt movements as needed.  ​

Whether you are new to Pilates or returning to exercise, you will find a supportive, inclusive environment to help you feel stronger, more mobile, and empowered in your body.

Live Class every Thursday during term time:

5.00pm -5.45pm

Zoom Class every Wednesday:

7.10pm - 7.40pm
