Service Description

10 years of teaching Pilates calls for something a little different! Join me for a fun Pimms & Pilates session, where we'll sip, stretch and strengthen our way through a playful routine. Expect lots of laughs, a glass of Pimms and some Pilates fun! Followed by a silent disco (please book your place separately for this) - there will be a room available to change from lycra to your party gear! The Pimms & Pilates session will be held in the upstairs function room of The Lamb Inn, Sandford. Please bring a mat.
